Who could resist!

He dashes out of the home after the big fight, she is pretty upset too, after few hours when he cools it off and returns home, he doenst find her there.

He asks the neighnours if they have seen her, with no luck, he runs out in the rain to look for her. Just about everywhere he reckons she might be, he searches frantically, but in vain....Not knowing where else to look, with lost hope and a weighty heart he comes back home and slowly opens the door, brushing his wet hair back....just then he finds her sitting in the couch, feet up, arms around her legs, with a shawl wrapped, her eyes so full, her lips tightly curved down....in that split of a second, the relief in his eyes that she's safe, the restrained anger and loss of it, the want to protect her, hold her, but unable to with the fear that he might ....then she comes running to him and asks him to promise her that he will never leave her, that he'll never be upset with her, with his jaws clenched in control of his surging emotions and not wanting her to see it, he brushes her hair back and promises her, better yet, makes dinner for her, with rice and achaar.

I couldnt help it, i just sat there and wept it out, so sweet of him and her. The song following that later kind of smoothed my nerves, but just couldn thelp but give kudos to both kamal and sridevi to have conveyed the thought so beautifully. The director Balu mahendra must be so proud of them, it felt like thier acting was just bursting into life. The switch she makes into a suave woman towards the end, when she gets better was just terrfic. Unfortunately the last scene was deleted which i was waiting for. So now when i'll have time, i gotta watch this movie again.

I totally dig her Lamhe, Chandini, Kshana Kshanam, kamal's Sagara Sangamam....i have lost count how many times i have seen these movies. Love them both....akali rajyam of these two is just awesome with sri sri dialogues, the tempo and that one song my brother use to sing...

But that one scene just stuck in my head, wanting to be written in my words....i had to.

Hello Distants!

While sipping my "wake up linku" chai, a distant memory tagged with few others just burst into my mind, with that my level of feeling peppy just amped up. I have to look if there are any pictures of that trip.

Watching my baby hide a thing he calls a "sword", in the back of his tee, and pulling it out just topped it all.

With summer here, i looked everywhere for out pool tags, which i think, V must have left it in his acura that he sold. After working out, i headed to see jane at the clubhouse. After hearing my story and most of all saying it with such a dead pan, she just handed me 2 new free tags, which usually cost over 25 each i think. I love it when i dont even turn my charm on, and things just happen. If anyone, she knows how forgetful V is. i couldnt resist giving her a big sweaty hug, muuah jane.

Love, Life and all the rest.

After putting our little dreams to sleep, Sunita and I, finally got a chance to catch up, all our dudes were partying in Philadelphia. It's funny, how people interpret one issue, concern or whatever but have different solutions to it. How the verbage is so different for conveying the same problem? How one can feel protective but the other can feel confined? I winged something which i found i need to retrospect some more.....do we really know who we are, are we continually presented with opportunites to find out a little bit more of ourselves as we keep going. So when is that we findout who we truly are, when do we ever get comfy with ourselves?

She said the people we love love the most, we end hurting them or they to us the most, sometimes its longer than we think, sometimes not so long. hmm...well there goes my sleep for tonight. How can some people be so connected and not even know for thier entire lives, how can love be so much more and as strong as it looks, and yet its as fragile as china.

Watching Sex and the City and as any girlfriends would dwell, we wondered which one of us is those people in the movie, so sunita thinks she is charlotte and so i ask her which one is me, she says you are such a strong personality, you have to be SJP, sarah jessica parker. well well well blogland, make way for me.

She gives such awesome compliments, kya phool ki tharah khili ho, hmm...there bloggy i got some that u didnt, i should give u a name by the way. Let me think, how about kishmish. or simran or Scarlett or Rhett or mehr.

"Old new york, new york, honey it's atleast new york"...ha ha Samantha wings some funny stuff

the subtext of the text is bootay....ha ha ha.

You cant stop being who you are because you are afraid. that comes from SJP.

So now i have to own one LV and Manolo Blahnik's.

Sneaking in

just to sneak few minutes of total peace and solitude admist all the guests 5 + 2 men, 3 kiddos is KRAZZY. Me, my innumerable pillows, the sound of fan, the slight hmm huh of curtains...is so peaceful, if i could get some chai just about now from nowhere, just appear in front of me, i'd like that. The sun trying to sneak in from the split end of the curtains....just about wraps up why i crave "me" time. I love to have guests, i love to have my friends over, but when the "me" time unexpectedly happens, its welcoming. The sms from my jeejs this am, just brightened my morning all the more. Taran's throwing up mishap i think tired me out more than anything. He's so sensitive to loud sounds, loud voices, i think the vol at peace a pizza bothered him, mera bachha....me thinking, me chill for few mts and turn the sprinkler on for the kiddos.
